Leader Retires
Today was the day we said goodbye to Glynne Payze our club’s leader who had been in charge of the club for the last thirteen years. Glynne has done a tremendous job of running the club and we wish him a well-earned rest. It was a fitting day to end his tenure as it was his birthday, so ‘Happy Birthday Glynne’.
It was agreed by the leadership that Glynne be made an Honorary Life Member of the Ravenshead and District Photographic Club. We also agreed that an award will be created ‘The Glynne Payze Award’ which will be awarded to the photograph from all the top three placements in the monthly competitions which the membership vote to be the best overall picture each year.
On behalf of the club, thank you Glynne for all your hard work.
